Inside the same week that low-cost player Mango announced routes in order to Port Elizabeth, kulula. com says it’ll offer flights between O. R. Tambo in Johannesburg and also East London. Bookings available on 28 November 2012, using the first flight taking off of on 1 March 2013.
kulula. com will use one of its brand new 189-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft around the 90-minute route, offering a pair of flights daily.
Nadine Damen, Marketing Manager: kulula. com states that: “We have introduced this route to meet the demand for flights in and out of East London, and to support the economic growth of the Eastern Cape. We are thrilled to be able to address this need for our kulula fans, by making it easier and more affordable to fly to and from East London.”
kulula. com will additionally be increasing the number of flights between Johannesburg and George, and between Johannesburg and Durban to fulfil demand.
